AN ACT

To amend chapter 227, RSMo, by adding thereto one new section relating to the designation of a memorial highway.




Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the state of Missouri, as follows:


            Section A. Chapter 227, RSMo, is amended by adding thereto one new section, to be known as section 227.414, to read as follows:

            227.414. The portion of Interstate 44 located in Franklin County from the Highway 100 overpass west to the St. Mary's Road overpass shall be designated as the "Corporal Dennis E. Engelhard Memorial Highway". The department of transportation shall erect and maintain appropriate signs designating such highway, with the costs to be paid for by private donations.
