AN ACT

To amend chapter 10, RSMo, by adding thereto one new section relating to the designation of an official state butterfly.




Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the state of Missouri, as follows:


            Section A. Chapter 10, RSMo, is amended by adding thereto one new section, to be known as section 10.075, to read as follows:

            10.075. The regal fritillary, scientifically designated as speyeria idalia, is selected for and shall be known as the official butterfly of the state of Missouri.
