1.4BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:
1.5 Section 1. Minnesota Statutes 2012, section 179A.14, subdivision 3, is amended to read:
1.6 Subd. 3. Public meetings. All negotiations, mediation sessions, and hearings
1.7between public employers, except school districts, and public employees or their respective
1.8representatives are public meetings except when otherwise provided by the commissioner.
1.9 All negotiations, mediation sessions, and hearings between school districts and public
1.10employees or their respective representatives are public meetings except when otherwise
1.11agreed to by the school district and the public employees or their respective representatives.
