1.2relating to higher education; requiring the Board of Trustees of the Minnesota
1.3State Colleges and Universities to develop a plan for timely degree completion
1.4for certain transfer students.
1.5BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:
1.6 Section 1. MINNESOTA STATE COLLEGES AND UNIVERSITIES
1.7BACCALAUREATE DEGREE COMPLETION PLAN.
1.8The Board of Trustees of the Minnesota State Colleges and Universities shall
1.9develop a plan to implement systemwide articulation agreements that lead to baccalaureate
1.10degree completion within two years after transfer to a system university by a student
1.11with an associate degree from a system college. The board shall report on this plan to
1.12the legislative committees with primary jurisdiction over higher education finance and
1.13policy by March 15, 2015.
