1.5BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:
1.6 Section 1. Minnesota Statutes 2012, section 473.604, is amended by adding a
1.7subdivision to read:
1.8 Subd. 5a. Meetings with broad public interest. Commission meetings or hearings
1.9must be held outside of the airport security area and in a location where a person can
1.10attend without providing personal identification documentation.
1.11EFFECTIVE DATE.This section is effective the day following final enactment.
