     A bill to amend 1945 PA 327, entitled

 

"Aeronautics code of the state of Michigan,"

 

by repealing section 32 (MCL 259.32).

 

THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF MICHIGAN ENACT:

 

     Enacting section 1. Section 32 of the aeronautics code of the

 

state of Michigan, 1945 PA 327, MCL 259.32, is repealed.
