SENATE BILL No. 963

 

 

April 25, 2018, Introduced by Senator GREEN and referred to the Committee on Transportation.

 

 

     A bill to amend 2001 PA 142, entitled

 

"Michigan memorial highway act,"

 

(MCL 250.1001 to 250.2080) by adding section 18a.

 

THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF MICHIGAN ENACT:

 

     Sec. 18a. The portion of highway M-13 in Bay County shall be

 

known as the "PFC Alan Robert Blohm Memorial Highway".

 

     Enacting section 1. This amendatory act takes effect 90 days

 

after the date it is enacted into law.
