HOUSE BILL NO. 5464

A bill to amend 1939 PA 280, entitled

"The social welfare act,"

(MCL 400.1 to 400.119b) by adding section 14n.

the people of the state of michigan enact:

Sec. 14n. The department shall require individuals to cooperate with the child support enforcement program as a condition of eligibility for food assistance benefits according to 7 CFR 273.11(o), (p), and (q).
