HOUSE BILL NO. 5433

A bill to amend 1978 PA 368, entitled

"Public health code,"

(MCL 333.1101 to 333.25211) by adding section 16305a.

the people of the state of michigan enact:

Sec. 16305a. The department shall work with the department of military and veterans affairs to ensure that the fee for an examination required under this article for licensure or registration is eligible for funding under the post-9/11 veterans educational assistance act of 2008, Public Law 110-252.
