HOUSE BILL No. 5206

 

 

November 1, 2017, Introduced by Rep. Kosowski and referred to the Committee on Law and Justice.

 

     A bill to amend 1931 PA 328, entitled

 

"The Michigan penal code,"

 

by amending section 450 (MCL 750.450), as amended by 2014 PA 326.

 

THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF MICHIGAN ENACT:

 

     Sec. 450. A person 16 18 years of age or older who aids,

 

assists, or abets another person to commit or offer to commit an

 

act prohibited under section 448, 449, or 449a is guilty of a crime

 

punishable as provided in section 451.

 

     Enacting section 1. This amendatory act takes effect 90 days

 

after the date it is enacted into law.

 

     Enacting section 2. This amendatory act does not take effect

 

unless all of the following bills of the 99th Legislature are

 

enacted into law:

 

     (a) Senate Bill No.____ or House Bill No. 5203 (request no.
