      A bill to amend 1927 PA 175, entitled

 

"The code of criminal procedure,"

 

by amending section 13n (MCL 777.13n), as amended by 2008 PA 37.

 

THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF MICHIGAN ENACT:

 

 1        Sec. 13n. This chapter applies to the following felonies

 

 2  enumerated in chapter 333 of the Michigan Compiled Laws:
