HOUSE BILL No. 4936

 

August 28, 2013, Introduced by Rep. Leonard and referred to the Committee on Transportation and Infrastructure.

 

     A bill to amend 2001 PA 142, entitled

 

"Michigan memorial highway act,"

 

(MCL 250.1001 to 250.2080) by adding section 83.

 

THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF MICHIGAN ENACT:

 

     Sec. 83. The portion of highway US-127 in Clinton county

 

beginning at the intersection of highway US-127 and Colony road and

 

extending north to highway M-57 shall be known as the "Tim Sanborn

 

Memorial Highway".
