HOUSE BILL No. 4628

 

 

May 18, 2017, Introduced by Reps. Rendon, Leutheuser, Calley, Barrett, Wentworth, Marino, Albert, Phelps, Noble, Hauck, Hornberger, Webber, Iden and Kosowski and referred to the Committee on Transportation and Infrastructure.

 

     A bill to amend 2001 PA 142, entitled

 

"Michigan memorial highway act,"

 

(MCL 250.1001 to 250.2080) by adding section 10a.

 

THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF MICHIGAN ENACT:

 

     Sec. 10a. The portion of highway M-66 beginning at the

 

intersection with highway M-55 in Lake City extending north to the

 

intersection with highway M-72 in Kalkaska shall be known as the

 

"Veterans Highway".

 

     Enacting section 1. This amendatory act takes effect 90 days

 

after the date it is enacted into law.
