HOUSE BILL No. 4471

 

 

April 17, 2019, Introduced by Reps. Hoadley, Sneller, Brixie, Ellison, Manoogian, Hood, Hertel, Elder, Clemente, Cherry, Rabhi, Gay-Dagnogo, Sowerby, Liberati, Guerra, Lasinski, Cambensy, Chirkun and Jones and referred to the Committee on Government Operations.

 

     A bill to amend 1939 PA 288, entitled

 

"Probate code of 1939,"

 

by repealing section 23g of chapter X (MCL 710.23g).

 

THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF MICHIGAN ENACT:

 

     Enacting section 1. Section 23g of chapter X of the probate

 

code of 1939, 1939 PA 288, MCL 710.23g, is repealed.

 

     Enacting section 2. This amendatory act takes effect 90 days

 

after the date it is enacted into law.

 

     Enacting section 3. This amendatory act does not take effect

 

unless all of the following bills of the 100th Legislature are

 

enacted into law:

 

     (a) Senate Bill No.____ or House Bill No. 4469 (request no.

 

00563'19).

 

     (b) Senate Bill No.____ or House Bill No. 4470 (request no.

 

00647'19).
