Summary

Education; teachers; provisions in tenure act that failure to provide performance evaluation is conclusive evidence of satisfactory performance; eliminate, and require annual evaluations for certain tenured teachers. Amends sec. 3a, art. II & sec. 3, art. III of 1937 (Ex Sess) PA 4 (MCL 38.83a & 38.93).
