Requiring the Interagency Commission on School Construction, on or before July 1, 2025, to complete an initial statewide heating, ventilation, and air-conditioning systems assessment of all public school facilities in the State using certain assessment requirements; requiring the Commission to develop certain heating, ventilation, and air-conditioning standards and incorporate the standards into certain educational facilities sufficiency standards; etc.
