Establishing requirements related to the reporting of incidents of employee harassment and intimidation, including provisions regarding the reporting of incidents by employers to the Commissioner of Labor and Industry and the creation of a reporting form; authorizing the Commissioner to establish an electronic tip program allowing persons to report incidents of alleged harassment or intimidation; requiring the Commissioner to submit an annual report summarizing the information included on the victim reporting forms; etc.
