Summary

Requiring the Department of Veterans Affairs, the Department of State Police, and the State Traumatic Brain Injury Advisory Board jointly and in consultation with veterans to establish a Trauma-Affected Veterans Training Program to provide training to emergency responders and law enforcement officers regarding the effects of acquired and traumatic brain injuries, techniques that can be used when interacting with veterans who have a certain brain injury, and any other relevant issues relating to certain veterans; etc.
