Summary
Requiring the Maryland Port Administration to develop and implement a plan for the remediation of drinking water supplies that have been adversely impacted by the placement of dredged material from the Chesapeake and Delaware Canal and the approach channels to the canal in containment areas; requiring, in conjunction with a specified application for a water quality certification, the Administration to submit to the Department of the Environment a specified remediation plan; etc.
