Summary

Prohibiting a director of a certain public safety answering point from requesting or receiving any money from a certain 9-1-1 Trust Fund unless, under certain circumstances, the director generates certain reports and submits those reports to certain entities; specifying that certain reports are not subject to the Public Information Act; and specifying that certain entities may discuss certain information only in certain closed sessions or executive sessions.
