Summary
Altering a certain provision of law authorizing the issuance of a policy of group health insurance to allow the issuance of a policy to the trustees of a fund adopted by two or more employers and to the trustees of a fund established by two or more employers regardless of whether the employers are in the same or related industry; and applying the Act to all policies, contracts, and health benefit plans issued, delivered, or renewed in the State on or after January 1, 2024.
