Summary

Requiring the executive leadership of the Baltimore County public school system to develop a curriculum for budget training for members of the Baltimore County Board of Education by December 31, 2022; requiring each member of the county board to complete the training within 2 months of the member's election or appointment in order to vote on budgetary matters; and authorizing the student member of the Baltimore County Board of Education to vote on capital and operating budget matters.
