Summary

Prohibiting the Department of Transportation from spending any funds for the construction of MD Route 410 through the City of Takoma Park in Montgomery County that will involve the addition of a new through lane for motor vehicles; and requiring the State Highway Administration to submit specified plans concerning specified maintenance in the Takoma Park Historic District to the Montgomery County Historic Preservation Commission for review and comment.
