Summary

Prohibiting a person from intentionally disseminating the personal identifying information or image of a minor without express permission and with the intent to intimidate or harm the minor; and establishing that a person who violates the Act is guilty of a misdemeanor and on conviction is subject to imprisonment not exceeding 1 year or a fine not exceeding $5,000 or both.
