Summary

Requiring the Baltimore County Board of Education to retain the services of a qualified indoor air quality investigator to conduct any indoor air quality testing the county board chooses to have conducted in a public school in the county; requiring the county board, on receipt of the results of an indoor air quality test, to make the information available to the public on its website and submit the information to the State Department of Education; etc.
