Summary

Requiring the Baltimore County Board of Education to retain the services of a qualified indoor air quality investigator to conduct any indoor air quality tests the county board chooses to have conducted in a public school in the county; and requiring the county board and the State Department of Education, on receipt of the results of an indoor air quality test, to post the results on their websites.
