An Act regarding fisherman�s wharf in the town of Provincetown.
��������������� Be
it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court
assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
Notwithstanding the provisions of 310 C.M.R. 9.51 through 9.53 or any other regulation to the contrary, Cabral Enterprises, Inc., commonly known as Fisherman�s Wharf (Assessor Map 11-3, Parcel 3-019-A), located at 9 Ryder Street Extension in the town of Provincetown, shall be considered in compliance with applicable Chapter 91 standards with regard to existing water-dependent and non-water dependent structures, uses and vehicular parking and public access on and around said Wharf; provided, however, that a notice of intent is filed with the Provincetown Conservation Commission and a Chapter 91 License application is filed with the Department of Environmental Protection.������
