An Act relative to the Airport Safety and Maintenance Program.



                Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

            Section 59 of the 1995 Transportation Bond Bill is hereby amended by increasing the percentage of state participation for eligible projects and authorizing the Massachusetts Aeronautics Commission to reimburse an airport sponsor for up to 95% of the total project cost as adjusted for federal reimbursement, if any.
