An Act relative to drivers licenses issued to law enforcement officers.



                Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

Section 8 of Chapter 90 of the General Laws as appearing in the 2002 Official Edition are hereby amended in line 123 by adding at the end thereof the following words:-

Law enforcement officers, including police and sheriffs departments officers shall be permitted to use a Post Office Box number in place of a street address for the protection of identity and property on operator’s licensees and vehicle registrations.
