An Act relative to deriving support from prostitution.
Be
it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court
assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
Section 7 of chapter 272 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2006 Official Edition, is hereby amended by adding at the end of the first sentence, and before the period, the following phrase:--
“for a first offense and ten years and by a fine of ten thousand dollars for a second and subsequent offense.”
