Summary
Amend KRS 45A.600 to allow state employees with government-issued firearms that are being replaced to purchase the firearms from the agency; amend KRS 45A.047 to conform; amend KRS 65.041 to allow local government employees whose service weapons are being replaced to purchase the firearms from the local government.
