Summary
Amend KRS 243.084 to allow a hotel or restaurant to sell up to 2,000 bottles of package sales annually to its patrons under its NQ2 license; amend KRS 243.086 to allow a private club to sell up to 2,000 bottles of package sales annually to its members under its NQ3 license; amend KRS 243.157 to allow a microbrewer to offer for sale in its giftshop products that were produced in collaboration with a distiller.
