Create a new section of KRS Chapter 158 to require the Kentucky Board of Education to identify as career ready a Junior Reserve Officer Training Corps student who has successfully earned a three-year or four-year certificate of training and has obtained a minimum score of 36 on the Armed Services Vocational Aptitude Battery.
