Summary

Create a new section of KRS Chapter 121 to define "robocall"; prohibit candidates, slates of candidates and committees from making robocalls without disclosing certain information at the beginning of each call; permit robocalls only within 180 days of a regular election and 90 days of a primary or special election; allow for reporting of violations to the Kentucky Registry of Election Finance.
