Summary
Amend KRS 45A.480 to require assurance that all required taxes are being paid by persons receiving state construction contracts; to require the required affidavit include a list of all subcontractors on the project; to provide that the contracting body shall have the right to take necessary steps to require compliance; to make the requirements of this section part of the solicitation for bids.
