Summary

Amend KRS 61.661,161.585, and 21.540 to require the Kentucky Employees Retirement System, County Employees Retirement System, State Police Retirement System, Kentucky Teachers' Retirement System, Legislators' Retirement Plan, and Judicial Retirement Plan to disclose upon request the names of members and actual benefit payments to recipients of a retirement allowance from the systems or plan; require the systems and plans to also make the information available on a searchable database on each system's or plan's Web site or on a Web site established by the executive or judicial branch to provide government expenditure and salary data to the public; EMERGENCY.
