Summary

Amend KRS 241.065 to change the retail package liquor license ratio in counties containing a city of the first class from 1 for every 1,500 people to 1 for every 2,300 people; exempt existing retail package liquor licenses in the county from the new population ratio; forbid the issuance of new retail package liquor licenses in the county until the number of retail package liquor licenses falls below the maximum number allowed under the population ratio.
