Summary
Amend KRS 136.392 to remove the adjustment of the surcharge on insurance used to supplement both the Law Enforcement Foundation Program fund and the Firefighters Foundation Program fund from the control of the Commissioner of Revenue and allow adjustments to be made only by the General Assembly; RETROACTIVE to July 1, 2016.
