Summary

Amend KRS 510.320 to require that a defendant, after a finding of probable cause or the issuance of an indictment for a sexual offense and upon the request of the victim of the offense or parent or guardian of the victim, shall be compelled to undergo a human immunodeficiency virus test no later than 48 hours after the request; provide for follow-up testing.
