Requires a court to: (1) recommend revocation of a defendant's teaching license (license) if the defendant holds a license and is convicted of certain felonies; and (2) deliver any order recommending revocation of the defendant's license to the department of education (department). Requires the department to revoke the license upon receipt of the order. Allows the department to reinstate a license if a person has been pardoned or the person's conviction has been reversed, vacated, or set aside on appeal.
