Bill Title: Wind farm siting and conflicts of interest. Establishes minimum setback requirements for the siting of wind power devices after June 30, 2018. Amends the statute that establishes the criminal offense of conflict of interest by a public servant to provide that a public servant who serves a unit in which a proposed wind farm development is being considered commits an offense under the statute if either of the following apply: (1) The public servant knowingly: (A) has or will have a pecuniary interest in; or (B) derives or will derive a profit from; a contract or purchase related to the
