Bill Title: Protective orders. Provides that, after notice and a hearing, including a hearing at which the respondent does not appear, a court may order the petitioner for an order for protection or a modification of an order for protection to refrain from being at a specific location at a specific time. Provides that a respondent may seek to have the protective order modified if the respondent reasonably believes the petitioner is acting in bad faith under the terms of the protective order.
