Bill Title: Selection of superintendent of public instruction. Provides for the state superintendent of public instruction (superintendent) to be appointed by the governor after January 10, 2021. Provides that, after January 10, 2021, the governor appoints the members of the education roundtable and the superintendent serves as the chair of the roundtable.
