Bill Title: Rehabilitation progress and recidivism reporting. Provides that any entity in receipt of funds: (1) recommended by the justice reinvestment advisory council; and (2) appropriated by the department of correction; must provide certain statistics related to recidivism, rehabilitation, supervision, and treatment. Defines certain terms. Urges the legislative council to assign to a study committee the topic of the implementation of HEA 1006-2014. Makes conforming amendments.
