    A BILL FOR AN ACT concerning education.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of Indiana:

[EFFECTIVE JULY 1, 2013] (a) The legislative council is requested to create an interim study committee to consider the necessity for the school breakfast and lunch program under IC 20-26-9 to be audited to determine whether eligibility standards are being followed and to examine methods by which the audit may be accomplished.
    (b) This SECTION expires November 1, 2013.
