Bill Title: Operator's licenses. Specifies that an operator's license allows an individual to operate a passenger motor vehicle or light duty truck with a gross vehicle weight rating of 16,000 pounds or less. Specifies that the holder of an operator's license may not operate a passenger motor vehicle or light duty truck with a gross vehicle weight rating of 16,000 pounds or less for hire without a chauffeur's license or public passenger chauffeur's license.
