Bill Title: Department of natural resources matters. Allows the department of natural resources to adopt emergency rules concerning entomology and pathology. Provides that an individual may not provide hunting guide services without a hunting guide license issued by the director of the department of natural resources. Defines "guide services" to include services by a person who for money or other consideration offers or advertises to transport an individual, transports an individual to a location, offers or advertises to assist, provide direction, or provide advice to an individual, or assists, provides direction, or provides advice to an individual for the purpose of hunting or fishing. Specifies that knowingly or intentionally providing guide services in violation of fish and wildlife laws to take, acquire, receive, transport, or possess wild animals that are protected by law is a criminal violation.
