Bill Title: Military family matters. Allows for a student to have legal settlement in a school corporation if the student's parent is transferred to or is pending transfer to a military installation in Indiana while on active duty. Requires a school corporation to allow a spouse or child of an active member of the armed forces of the United States who is assigned to duty elsewhere immediately following assignment to duty in Indiana to be eligible for the resident tuition rate.
