Bill Title: Dispensing without a prescription. Allows a pharmacist who meets certain requirements to furnish specified tobacco cessation products and immunization drugs or devices to individuals who are at least 18 years of age without a prescription or drug order. Provides that a third party contract or other agreement that restricts a pharmacist from practicing any legally allowed duty or action is void.
