Bill Title: Changes the age that an individual is eligible for election to the Indiana senate from 25 years of age to 21 years of age. Changes the age that an individual is eligible for election to the Indiana house of representatives from 21 years of age to 18 years of age. Provides that a member of the general assembly must be a resident of the district for two years preceding the member's election. (The current constitutional provision requires residency in the district for one year preceding a member's election.) Revises obsolete language.
